Dar heads the Polygraph Department at Midot, as well as the scientific questioning section in the R&D Department. He is a former head of a Polygraph laboratory in the Investigative Psychology section in the Israeli Forensics Police.
Dar has a PhD in Psychology from Tel Aviv University and holds an M.A. in Law from Bar Ilan University.
