Javier is a Safety and Well-being specialist with 25 years of experience in more than 10 countries. Before joining Midot Javier held managerial positions in Occupational Safety for Danone Waters within 15 years. Javier holds BA in Occupational Safety, Postgraduate in Occupational Toxicology, he is a Certified Coach in Organizational Safety Culture. For his achievements in the field of Occupational Safety Javier is awarded by the Government of Mexico, National Safety Council, USA and DuPont Company.
