Dr. Saul Fine is Chief R&D Officer at Midot Global. He is a certified organizational psychologist specializing in selection and assessment, and a Research Fellow in psychology at the University of Haifa, in Israel. Dr. Fine is the founder of IAssessments, and was previously VP of Assessment Solutions at Career-Harmony and a research officer in the IDF. Dr. Fine’s research has been published in various academic journals and presented at international conferences. Dr. Fine holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Haifa, and is a member of several professional organizations worldwide.
