Dr. Simon Givoli is Chief R&D Officer at Midot Global. He is a chartered expert psychologist and instructor in the area of personnel assessment and selection. Before joining Midot, Simon was the department head for selection and assessment in the intelligence corps of the Israeli Defense Forces. He received his PhD in psychology from the University of Haifa. Simon is a staff member of the assessment center for judicial candidates, and is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the APA, SIOP, IPA, and the ISPA.
