This document is a binding contract between you and us – the owners of the site, Midot – Ethics Computerized Diagnostic Systems Ltd., (“Midot”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) an Israeli company, Reg. No. 511577157. sets forth the terms and conditions (“Terms”) regarding the use of Midot’s website (“Site”).
We recommend that you take the time to read the Terms as they apply to your use of the Site. If after reading the Terms you find that they do not match your views or wishes, we advise that you refrain from using the Site. We will regret it, however this is your full right.

From time to time we may make changes to the Terms, due to the dynamic nature of the Site, of the Internet in general, and of the legislative and regulatory aspects that may apply to the Site’s activity. We will post a notice about changes to the Terms on the Site or send you a notice by email detailing the changes and the date the changes will come into effect. To the extent required by law, we will request your consent to the new Terms. Your continues use of the Site will constitute acceptance of the Terms which have been modified. Use and Limitations
The use of the Site is solely for the purpose of introducing our services. The Site may not be used for any other purpose without our prior explicit written authorization.
You may not publish details and content from the Site in other websites or other media platforms in any form.
Do not copy content of the Site, embed it in other websites, display it using framing techniques, create mirroring sites, sell, grant a license to use, rent, lend or distribute the Site’s content in any way.

The Site may not be used for purposes of examination, scanning, scrapping, hacking including hacking the Site’s security systems or any other computer and communication systems serving it, interfering with the Site’s operations, manipulating the Site’s activities, systematic access to the Site’s systems using automated software tools, such as ‘bots’ and ‘crawlers’, and access to the features or functionalities of the Site that are not intended to be accessible or that are not documented.
The Site may not be used for any activity that constitutes or encourages the commission of criminal offense or civil wrong or violates applicable laws, including laws in connection with deception, fraud, forgery, privacy protection, identity theft, viruses and other malicious software distribution, right to publicity, slander, harassment and obscene publications.
Do not add links from illegal sites to the Site, including gambling sites, pornography, and enmity sites.
Uploading Content
During your use of the Site, you may upload textual content using the “contact us” option. From time to time we may change the nature and scope of the content that can be uploaded to the Site.

You must refrain from uploading any information that is one of the following: information about a person’s personal affairs; Information about a person’s medical or mental condition; Genetic information, Information about a person’s political opinions or religious beliefs, information about a person’s criminal record, Communication data; Biometric information; Information about a person’s financial status; or consumption habits of a person that lead to information regarding the above mentioned prohibited information. We are not capable to examine whether content uploaded to the Site is one of the above or not. The management of the Site relies on your statement in this matter, secures the information uploaded by you accordingly and is not responsible for any damage or expense incurred to you and your privacy and to any other person, as a result of a breach of your statement in this matter. |
User Account
Using our services subject to the permissions given to you to register candidate by entering the personal information related to him or send him a link for self-registration and view the candidate’s test results and other personal information related to him.
You must notify Us as soon as you become aware of any potential or actual misuse or unauthorized use of your account.
We will not be responsible for your failure to provide true, accurate and complete details in the course of the registration process, and for any use or misuse of your account as a result of compromising your details or conveying them to someone else.
We may need to verify your identity by requesting you to send Us additional information, as a condition for terminating your account. Upon completion of processing your request, we will terminate your account.
Subject to these Terms and Our discretion, you may renew your registration at any time after your account has been terminated, by completing the registration process again.

Without limiting our rights under any applicable law, We may temporarily or permanently deny, limit, suspend, or terminate your account, remove your uploaded content and take technical and legal measures to keep you off the service, if We determine in Our sole discretion that:
(a) You have abused your rights to use the service.
(b) You have breached the Terms, or any usage guidelines We may convey to you;
(c) You violated any applicable law, rule, or regulation; or,
(d) You have performed any act or omission which is harmful or likely to be harmful to other users of the service, to Us, or to any other third party.
When using the service, you agree to abide by Midotany usage guidelines We may provide you from time to time and by all applicable laws, regulations and rules.
When using the service, you must act according to the following rules:
Confidentiality
You acknowledge that by using Our services, you will have access to personal information and materials concerning the candidates, that may cause them damage if disclosed to third parties (“Personal Information”). Personal information, written or otherwise must at the time of disclosure be identified and labeled as Personal Information related to the candidate. When disclosed orally or visually, Personal Information must be identified as confidential at the time of the disclosure, with subsequent confirmation in writing within fifteen (15) days after disclosure. You agrees that you will not use in any way for your own account or the account of any third party, such Personal Information, except as authorized under this Terms, and will protect confidentiality of such Information at least to the same extent as you protect your own Personal Information and to the same extent that a reasonable recruiter would protect such Personal Information.
The Personal Information restrictions will not apply to Personal Information that is (i) already known to you, (ii) becomes publicly available through no wrongful act of you, (iii) independently developed by you without benefit of the disclosing candidate’s Personal Information, (iv) has been rightfully received from a third party not under obligation of confidentiality or (v) is required to be disclosed by law, provided that you will compelled to disclose the Personal Information provides the candidate the Personal Information with prior written notice of disclosure adequate for the candidate to take reasonable action to prevent such disclosure, where reasonably possible.
All Personal Information is and shall remain the property of the candidate. Both Parties acknowledge that all Personal Information is the sole property of the candidate, that the candidate is the rightful owner of such and has the right to use such Personal Information, and that you shall not acquire any proprietary interest in the disclosing candidate’s Personal Information. No license or conveyance of any such rights is granted or implied to you under this Terms.
You acknowledges that part of the Personal Information of the candidate was designed, developed or otherwise obtained at great expense over lengthy periods of time, and the Personal Information related to him is confidential and unique and constitutes the exclusive property and trade secret of the candidate. All applicable rights to mask works, patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets with respect to the Personal Information of the candidate are retained exclusively by You.
You make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, condition, suitability, or performance of the Personal Information, and You shall have no liability whatsoever to the results from using the Personal Information.
Additional Content
We will publish articles and other content that are related to the Site’s areas of activity and will either allow all users to view the content, or allow user to view it under certain conditions, as we will determine from time to time. The content we publish is either written by us or by other writers and is provided for the purpose of users’ enrichment of the knowledge only. The content we publish is not professional opinions and should not be treated as such. Appropriate professional should be consulted prior to carrying out any action requiring such advice.
Accessibility
In general, the Site is accessible from anywhere in the world and from any computer connected to the Internet. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the Site is available at all times. Like many other sites, our Site may include advertisements for our products and services. Advertisements can appear in the form of banners, text ads, pop-ups, and more. Where such advertisement is not originated from us, rather from advertisement companies, Midot disclaims all liabilities in relation to the advertisement, its content and any action you may take as a result of such advertisement.

The Terms apply solely to the Site and do not apply to other sites linked to it. We do not control or monitor other sites and are not responsible for them. The activity of such sites is subject to the terms and conditions provided by the owners of those sites. We will review your inquiry and, at our discretion, decide whether to remove the link or not. The Site includes user interfaces, graphic designs, illustrations, texts, icons, software code and more. All the above are protected by copyright and through additional intellectual property rights such as trademarks and trade secrets. All rights to the Site contents (except for content uploaded to the Site by users) are owned by us or we have received permission the owners to use the content on the Site.
You may not use the Site, or any component contained therein or allow others to do so, except as expressly permitted by us, as set forth in the Terms. The signs © and ® represent the existence of proprietary rights. Do not interfere with their presentation.
Limitation of Liability
Your use of the Site and your exposure to information on the Site, is at your own risk. We do not take any responsibility for the activity on the Site and we do not provide any guarantees with respect to the contents contained therein.
